Dr. Abdelazim Hassan – Founder

Dr. Abdelazim Hassan is a distinguished legal expert with over 30 years of experience in intellectual property, commercial law, legal training, and corporate advisory. He is licensed as a legal consultant and patent & trademark agent in both Sudan and the UAE, and has advised leading institutions.

A recognized Trademark Expert before Dubai Courts, Dr. Hassan has played a pivotal role in legislative reform in Sudan, contributing to the drafting of key laws including the Companies Act and Trade Name Act. He is the founder of Allied Attorneys Professional Law Firm and the Allied Trainers Legal Training Institute in Khartoum.

With a strong academic background, Dr. Hassan holds LLB, LLM, and PhD degrees from the University of Khartoum, and has served as a lecturer and author in the fields of legal reform and intellectual property.

Mr. Khalid Elkhabir – Co-Founder

Khalid Elkhabir is a seasoned intellectual property specialist with over 20 years of experience across the UAE and GCC region, having worked with leading international IP law firms and prestigious government entities.

Khalid brings deep expertise in patent and trademark prosecution, as well as in the operations of regional IP authorities, including the GCC Patent Office and the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP). He has led and delivered key government projects in Dubai and advised both public and private institutions on establishing internal IP departments, drafting IP policies and procedures, and optimizing workflows.

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Physics and a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property from the University of Turin, Italy, along with several certifications from the WIPO Academy.
Khalid is a member of the Arab Society of Intellectual Property (ASIP) and the Emirates Intellectual Property Association (EIPA).
